Today’s blog is a little different. I want to share more about me, my journey, and how I came to where I am today.
My background is in children’s fun health and wellness classes and events, and I’ve loved running FitKid, a children’s fun fitness programme. I also work with doTERRA, helping families discover natural ways to support their health and wellbeing.
For me, wellness is all about fun, play, and confidence. Seeing children light up when they move, create, and explore is the best feeling in the world.
Where My Passion Comes From
I’ve always believed that healthy habits start young not through pressure, not through competition, but through fun, movement, creativity, and joy.
That passion led me to run FitKid, a children’s fun fitness programme designed to make activity enjoyable, educational, and confidence-building. Watching kids laugh, jump, dance, and play has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
Some of the Projects I’ve Loved Working On
Over the years, I’ve been lucky to work on some amazing projects:
LazyTown-inspired fitness programmes – sessions that bring energy, imagination, and healthy habits together.
Nick Jr Mini Movers – structured fun movement activity that helped children gain confidence and coordination and get up and move in the morning.
Filming for a promotion with Disneynature Chimpanzees
Wellness with doTERRA – sharing natural tools and routines that help families feel supported in everyday life.

All of these experiences have shown me how fun, movement, and wellness go hand-in-hand, and how children can thrive when they learn healthy habits in a joyful way.

A Personal Chapter: Challenges and Growth
A few years ago, I faced a major challenge. I became seriously ill with viral meningitis during pregnancy, which meant I had to step back from running FitKid professionally. Since then, I’ve only run small personal classes here and there.
Going through that experience taught me a lot about resilience, the importance of health, and how much I love helping children and families build positive wellness habits. It also strengthened my determination to share fun, engaging, and heart-led wellness experiences with more children and communities.
Reintroducing Children’s Wellness Programmes
Now, I’m really excited to reintroduce children’s wellness programmes more widely. Children need opportunities to be active, creative, and confident, and I want to bring that to as many families as possible.
To start, I’m running a Children’s Fun Christmas Games and Salt Dough Decoration Class on:
Sunday 14th December at 4pm (UK)
I’d love your children to come along, have fun, get creative, and enjoy a joyful festive session!

Why I Do What I Do
Every class I run, every child who learns about wellness, every family I support it’s all rooted in the journey that brought me here.
I’m not perfect, but I am passionate and committed to making a difference through my wellness education and events.
Being unwell certainly woke me up to my health, made me challenge what I was putting into and on my body and this journey has led me to where I am today.
